Return Policy

You have the right to reconsider your purchase or return the item due to an incorrect purchase, without having to specify a reason, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date.

If the return meets the required conditions, you will be entitled to a refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Packaging the Goods:

Properly pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected within a sturdy shipping box. Use cushioning materials to safeguard both the product and its original packaging, preventing damage during transport. If the item arrives damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging, a refund will not be possible.

Do not write directly on the product’s original packaging. All necessary information should be written on a separate sheet and attached to the shipping box.

Shipping Information:

Write your name, surname, address, and order number on a piece of paper as the sender.

Indicate the recipient as follows:
Sintesi snc - Via del Lavoro, 14 - 31013 Cimavilla di Codognè (TV), Italy.

Attach this sheet to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible.

Shipping:

Send the package via postal service or courier according to your preference. Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Returned Product Inspection:

Once the return is received, the products will undergo a thorough inspection to verify that they meet all return conditions.

Return Conditions:

To proceed with a return due to reconsideration or incorrect purchase, products must be in perfect condition, exactly as delivered.

• They must be returned in their original packaging, which must be intact and undamaged.
• All labels, barcodes, stickers, and original accessories must be present and unaltered.
• The product must include everything originally contained in the package.
• The product must not show signs of use or damage.

For motors or electrical components, if they show signs of burn marks or damage caused by incorrect installation, modifications, or DIY adaptations, a refund will not be issued.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.

Refund:

Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, and only after the inspection has been successfully completed, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.
