How to make a return

1. ShopSintesi's returns policy allows you to rethink your purchase and return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to the end of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. If you return the item in compliance, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product that is returned. To make a return go to the Contact page and fill out the form.

2. Pack the goods adequately in the original packaging in order to guarantee the integrity of both the product and the packaging, so that the product cannot be damaged during transport.

3. Write your NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS on the outside of the package as sender and indicate as recipient: Sintesi snc - Via del Lavoro, 14 - 31013 Cimavilla di Codognè (TV)

4. Send the package via post or courier according to your preferences; Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

5. Once the return has been received, the products will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure they satisfy the return conditions

6. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, once the inspection has been passed, the refund will be issued.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS: To proceed with the return, the products must be in perfect condition, with their original box and/or bags, labels and everything that was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same state of purchase.
