Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination address and it is possible to preview them while you are proceeding with the purchase and before confirming the order.

We have updated our shipping conditions to ensure an even safer and more efficient service.

To guarantee that every order arrives in perfect condition, we use stronger boxes and high-quality packaging materials. This adjustment allows us to offer greater protection to products during transport, minimizing the risk of damage.

Shipping in Italy

• Free shipping for orders over €29, exclusively with pickup at a FermoPoint.

• For orders under €29, the shipping cost is €8.

• Home delivery always requires a shipping fee of €8, regardless of the order amount.

• Free insurance included on all orders, providing protection against transport-related damages, including hidden damage (e.g., products damaged despite the package being intact).

Shipping within Europe (we only ship to the countries listed)

• Austria, Germany: €15 with pickup at a FermoPoint or home delivery.

• Croatia, Slovenia, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain: €15 with pickup at a FermoPoint.

• Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary: 25€ with pickup at a FermoPoint.

• Denmark, Malta, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: €35

Note for Switzerland and the United Kingdom: The price is VAT-exempt, and customs may apply an import tax.

Tempi

Orders will be processed 24 hours after receipt of payment, subject to availability of the ordered item.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian public holidays will be processed on the first working day following the holiday. Your package will then be handed over to our courier who will deliver it in 24 to 48 hours, unless the courier itself experiences unexpected delays.

Once the goods have been delivered to the courier, you will receive notification of the shipment and updated tracking details so you can track the progress of your delivery of your goods online.

How it works

shop.sintesi-assistenza.it prepares the goods you’ve ordered and passes them to our courier.

When you receive your item(s) from the courier, please check that:

1. the packaging is intact, undamaged and unaltered.

2. the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the courier's delivery note;

3. If there are any discrepancies, you must report these immediately. You must check the goods within seven days of receiving them and any discrepancies found must be reported to us. We cannot consider any claim sent after the above time period has elapsed. For each declaration, you, as the customer, assume full responsibility for that which you declare.
