The order process with delivery to FermoPoint BRT

The process step by step

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT

If you want to proceed to checkout, enter all your information requested and tick all the boxes to proceed.

Then, click Continue.

2. ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

In the screen that appears, enter the shipping address by filling in all the mandatory fields indicated.

If the billing address is different from the shipping address, uncheck the "Use this address also for the invoice" box.

3. SELECT THE FERMOPOINT SHIPPING METHOD

On the next screen you can choose the shipping method between "home delivery" and "collection at a Fermopoint BRT". Select the latter option as indicated in the image. Based on the address indicated in step 2, some collection points near you will be suggested. Select one and click continue.

4. COMPLETE THE ORDER

Proceed with choosing the payment method and finalize the order.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF THE ORDER

When the order arrives at the BRT FermoPoint you have chosen, you will receive an email communication from BRT and you can go and collect your package, following the opening hours of the collection point.

→ Remember to bring with you an identity document or the QR code that you will receive in the email to be able to collect the package. You can also delegate the collection to another person, as long as they show your QR code at the time of collection.

Frequent questions

No FermoPoint suggestions appear

If you don't find any FermoPoint suggestions, try checking that the address you entered in point 2 is correct. If it still doesn't appear, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I haven't received the BRT communication, what can I do?

Check your junk mail folder. It happens rarely, but the communication may have ended there. We also advise you to check that the email address entered when placing the order is correct. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you do not receive any communication after a few days, contact us.

How to collect at FermoPoint BRT?

When the package has arrived, collect it at the point of your choice showing an identity document or the QR code that you will have received via email.
